Refund Policy

At Swyft Web Studio, we are committed to client satisfaction and handle all refund requests with fairness and transparency. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.

1. Non-Refundable Deposit

All projects require a 50% upfront deposit. This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, as it covers discovery, planning, resource allocation, and initial work. Even if a project is cancelled before design or development begins, the deposit will not be returned.

2. One-Time Projects (Web Development, App Development, Design)

2.1 Before Design Phase Begins

If you cancel after paying the deposit but before design work begins, the deposit is forfeited and no further charges apply.

2.2 During Design Phase

If you cancel during the design phase, you are responsible for all design work completed. We will invoice for hours worked (at our standard rate) beyond the deposit amount, or the deposit covers it if hours don't exceed that value.

2.3 During Development Phase

If you cancel during development, you will be invoiced for all work completed on a pro-rata basis. Any amount exceeding the deposit will be invoiced; any surplus credit is non-refundable.

2.4 After Delivery

Once final deliverables have been transferred and the project marked complete, no refunds are available. We encourage you to raise any issues during the revision phase and use your included revision rounds before final handover.

3. Monthly Services (SEO, Marketing, Maintenance)

• Monthly services require 30 days written notice to cancel
• The current billing month is non-refundable
• Prepaid future months are refunded on a pro-rata basis
• All reports, data, and assets created up to the cancellation date will be provided

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with any deliverable, we strongly encourage you to raise your concerns within 7 days of delivery. We are committed to resolving issues through included revision rounds before any refund is considered. Refunds for subjective preferences not specified in the original brief are not eligible.

5. Requesting a Refund

Email contact@swyftwebstudio.com with subject "Refund Request" including your project name and invoice number. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10–14 business days via the original payment method.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is considered a breach of this agreement and will be disputed with full documentation of services rendered. We strongly encourage direct communication to resolve any payment disputes.
